These two seem to have brought their own little war to our forums. I suggest purging both accounts and banning their IPs from returning.

I assume you came here because as you said, you wanted to keep Ozzman from spreading lies. Well, if he is banned then he can't spread lies. Why would you care if you are banned if you are not a Van Halen fan? I agree with Ron's suggestion. It would prevent Ozzman from spreading lies about you and you shouldn't care if you are not a Van Halen fan, afterall this site is VHTrading.com. Just my thoughts but as I said I have no real interest. That is all.

Instead of banning (for now) how about a "shot across the bow"? Lock and/or delete the BS threads in the Bad Trader Section as obviously no bad trade happened. Give the "stop it and ignore each other speech". If that doesn't get the hint across nothing will then ban away.

That way no one has taken sides everyone can start anew.

Edit: For the record keep the two apart and I think they are both nice guys - but together yikes. Life is like that.


Hopefully the personal vendettas will drop and we can get back to trading.

That should be deleted as well. You are a good trader to me and so is Ozzman. This board should be purged of both sides posts. So I agree with you. It was probably lock for now just to keep people from posting more to it.

The mods here are fair and just.

I really have to wonder if the parties involved read the VHtrading.com policies before registering. Let me quote:

Fortunately for me, I wouldn't really care. My reputation in the VH community speaks for itself. If the accusation was presented in another trading community (say Black Sabbath or something), I would never know. I don't go googling myself (how bad does that sound) or searching various message boards for mentions of my name.

I've been using the Internet since early 1988 (5 years before the "world wide web") and have been trading via online circles for over a decade.

My suggestion to you would be to build a good reputation via good trades and don't worry about what others are saying. Stay positive and positive people and positive things will surround you.
