I just got an email back from Duane....we have some history - all good. My intention was to talk with him (as we're in the middle of yet another very lucrative trade anyway) and find out what the skinny was.
He tells me that he's in the middle of moving, and money's been rather tight. He went on to state that U.F.'s discs are going out in the mail tomorrow, as are the ones for my trade with him (they are not delayed at this point (the one's for me)).
Matt, let me know if you receive them this week or not. Perhaps this was a misunderstanding, but it appears more to be a lack of communication on Duane's part. I think you would have been more understanding had you known at the onset what he was going through financially. I know that over the course of the last year, I have learned a great deal of patience. Let me tell you - it's been a lot easier to be a trader since I've relaxed about things time-wise. That is, however, not a requirement.
Let's see what happens..... :thumb: |

I am really relaxed time-wise but when someone totally screws me over what am I supposed to think? Tell Duane to kiss my ass next time you speak with him. |

Here's an update for you. No response from Duane for two weeks now, and in the midst of a trade. I had 98% of his shit burned. That's cool. Matt, I can hook you up with one or two of the shows he stiffed you on. Me....I'm gonna turn this :D
Look for a list of available DVD-Rs that will go out in the mail quickly this weekend....copies I've burned that have ended up not getting sent, broken trades, etc. Blanks or trades accepted.
Please do not reply here. Oh, and this is the first time I've ever been stiffed, but nothing lost. This is quite an excellent trading community we have here. I hope to be able to keep it like that. :D |

Hey gang, it looks like I got burned by this one too- unfortunately it was before I googled his name. Has there been any more to report on this guy?
I should have known better when he said that he did not know anything about lossless audio files. Oh, well, I am the shmuck. Duane Keith and all of his aliases will be posted on any bad trader lists that I can think of- then perhaps I will call his parents. ;)
Perhaps you should send him a pizza:
