I'm pretty much finished upgrading the database for the trade pages. By this time I'm hoping to have all of the username and passwords fixed, but if you still are having problems logging in, please let me know. E-mail me your username and password (for verification purposes) and I'll get your account fixed A.S.A.P.

There's going to be a few changes regarding the hosted trader's pages:

One, a couple extra features have been added. You can now add sub-directories to your sites if you wish. So if you wanted to keep images in a separate folder, you are now able to do so. I've given you control to change your settings, such as your password, if you wish. The disk usage indicator looks a little bit nicer. I've also given you the option to delete your entire account if you desire to do so.

You can use PHP code on your trade pages if you wish. This allows dynamic code, includes files, etc. Just name all your pages "filename.php" to take advantage of it.

Remember, if you wish to NOT have a "Forbidden" message whenever someone clicks on your site link (such as http://www.vhtrading.com/scott/ ), you MUST have an index.htm, index.html, or index.php page in your site directory.

Soon I will also be adding a separate section with HTML code tips, links, and perhaps a few templates for downloading with which you can start your own trade pages. Adding your trade list will be easier. ;)

Starting now, there may be only one account per e-mail address. I understand why a few of you might have signed up twice before. You might have signed up and forgotten your password after a year or two, so the easiest thing to do was to sign up again instead of contacting me not knowing when I might reply. No harm done. I just feel it goes against the spirit of the hosting "service" to grab many accounts to keep the names for yourself. So please, one site per customer. ;-)

Therefore I'm going to delete multiple accounts from the same e-mail address -- unless they are currently being used for a trade list. I'll look through them individually and judge them on a one by one basis.

I'm also going to start deleting sign-up accounts that go unused for 9-12 months or more. I'm not doing this to be a jerk. I'm just doing this to save on disk space and help keep things less cluttered on the traders page (http://www.vhtrading.com/traders.php). If for some reason you want your account left online, e-mail me immediately and explain your situation and I'll leave it up.

Thanks for your time...
