I'm not one to use chat in any arena, so I didn't vote.
However, has anyone ever considered creating an IRC channel for the board? Not only could you discuss things but there's the possibility of trading shows too. (don't know if there's any bad ramifications to that.) |

Just my two cents:
I think there should be a weekly general chat (Tuesdays?) where :anything" goes, and maybe another "specialized" chat session based on a particular topic (newbie trading, DVDs, etc.) on another night. |

With that said, I really like Scott's idea....one night for helpin' another night for hell raisin' lol

Maybe if we do the weekly Tuesday Night Chat Session, just before the Chat happnens a Mass PM or Email can be sent out to all members. This way, it is fresh in everyones mind just before it happens. Just an Idea!!!..might get more people to remember just as it is about to happen.

A 'listening party' might be fun.
We choose a boot, pick a time to start listening and we can chat about the music that we're listening to.
If JTT ever gets back up, we can torrent the show for the upcoming chat. That will give people the chance to get it. I guess there's no reason we couldn't use DAD for that.

I like REBEL's idea since he gave a specific time & day. For those of you that don't know, REBEL is a hell of a person!! REB if you want to go over any ideas, PM me..
RNRVideo, I think a weekly TUESDAY or weekday night session would be cool.Let's set up a time & day...
TOMMYV, the idea you mentioned is cool.However, we would need to develop a more accurate system to get everyone on the same page for that idea.
Anyone has any ideas for a chat or any suggestions, PM me....

I thinks Scotts Idea will work, we just need a way of reminding everyone, like i said above..maybe a mass email or PM...or a Post at the Top opf the Updates Page that stays there while the Chat is in Progress and comess down once its over...Like A Flashng Amber light.....lol......might work..ya never know.. |

Maybe we could set up a small schedule on a web page, and we could add/remove as needed.
I didn't think about it, but we should probably stay away from Fri/Sat nights. Tuesday night would be a good night like Scott mentioned. Maybe a boot discussion on Tuesday night, then a night where we all get together and raise some hell, probably Thursday night. We'd also need to pick a time to accomodate as many as possible (folks on all sides of the pond). I'm thinking mid-evening east coast time.
Oh yea, a listening party is a badass idea, I could get into that :thumb: |

| Expanding on what REBEL said, a CALENDER page would be great showing the dates & times of the chats we decide to ultimately have (like an itinerary). We could have links on there (on the date) that let's everyone know what is happening with a brief description of what the chat is about. |
