I've never trade directly with Gary but he was a sub-branch in a tree I ran and as fas as I know he came through.

Tap- you are correct! VanHager was banned a day or 2 after he signed up, he initially used the handle "Ozzman". He was banned for making up lies about traders and generally causing a lot of problems here. HE IS NOT HONEST- Do NOT TRADE WITH HIM!
Davis Cain or as he calls himself Vanhagar tried to email members to trade after he got banned by the forums. I had the good sense to delete his email. I do not believe anything he said about Gary (rod munch)- I have had over 10 trades with Gary and he never let me down. As everyone knows here Gary is very honest and VanHagar (Ozzman) should be banned again as he is nothing but a trouble maker. Just my humble opinion but I am going to contact Scott and tell him to get rid of David Caine (VanHagar, Ozzman) before he destroys the reputation of honest users here and possibly gets this site shut down.

Do you honestly think people around here are so unintelligent they can't see what you are up to,Gary is a big boy,I am sure he willl be able to fend for himself,you aren't needed here until you can submit some facts instead of kingergarten banter :thumb:

Gary was my my branch for the Halford / Sabbath tree aways back, and things went smoothly, without a hitch. I can't see him screwing anyone over. He's got a fine reputation here...

Hey Everyone,
Gary has been my branch several times on my trees and I have never had a problem with him not coming through on his end of my tree.. Nobody has contacted me saying that Gary has screwed them over and several of you have dealt with Gary and have never had a problem...

VanHagar, until I hear anything bad from one of my trees that Gary hasn't done his part I will say Gary is a great guy here and a stand up trader... I am sorry things didn't work out on your trade and I hope you two can work things out but I just can't go off and right Gary off as a bad trader when he hasn't done that to anybody here and if he did that to me as one of my branches I would ban him from further trees but until that day comes he will always be welcomed on any of my trees .. I was emailed by several of the traders on this forum that informed me that a trader named VanHagar had listed me on the "Traders to avoid" list much to my surprise. I appreciate all of the kind words everyone posted here and I value your friendship. For the record I have never traded with a trader named Van Hagar and his comments are both derogatory and hurtful (if he is indeed Ozzman than he has changed his name to get back in the VH forum)l. His real name is David Cain and he lives in Austarlia. He contacted me under the name of "Ozzman" outside of the forums as he told me he was banned, I have never known him as VanHagar. I was hesitant at first but tried a small trade. He recieved my DVD's within a couple of weeks but the disks he sent took several months. We agreed on a second trade so I sent his DVD's out about 6 weeks ago and have not heard from Cain or recieved nothing from him in the meantime. Then the threatening emails started so I took further action with my ISP. Cain promised me he would come to the forums and ruin my reputation. First of all I invite anyone who has traded with me in the past to drop me a line and see if I have changed my email address. I have reported Mr. Cain to my ISP and they have his email address blocked as he was starting to threaten me and harrass me. Do I enjoy this hobby? Yes! Has anyone ever had a problem trading with me? No. I stand by my reputation and I am looking forward to trading in the future with my many friends and new traders to come. It is obvious David Cain (A.K.A. Ozzman, VanHagar) has just come here to vent and try to cause problems. I am here to make friends and help people and trade for some of my favorite bands DVD's. As everyone knows I am always ready to serve as a branch and help others out including newbies. I never thought I would have to encounter an ass like David Cain but this is a learning experience and I would warn other traders to avoid him like the plague. Regards, Gary

Like I said he hasn't burned me or anybody else on this forum and if you were burned I am sorry and I hope you two work it out... We need to let Gary say his side of the story.

I am sorry if things went bad in your trade but we haven't heard from Gary and I would want to hear his side of the story.. I am probably not the only one on here who wants to hear from Gary before we make any choices.

He has a good rep here for being a good trader.. Lets wait and see what he has to say..Ory

This guy is a liar,here is an email that he sent me stating that he did receive my discs from the second trade

Hi David: It sound like things are taking a bit longer this time. They were
mailed weeks ago and I even put extra postage so they would get to you
quicker. Another thing that might be delaying your dvd's is that I had to
fill in a customs forum at the postal outlet, which I never had to do
before. Customs can hold things up from a few days to a few weeks.
So you should be getting your dvd's any day now.
In fact the dvd's you sent me just arrived yesterday.

Drop me a line when you get yours and I hope you enjoy the concerts.

Here is another email from our first trade,if the administror would like to see the headers and any other proof I will be more than happy to prove this guy is a liar,he didn't wait 2 months as no one has ever waited on any of my trades,I can provide dates these emails have been sent for anyone who would like to investigate this further

If any mods have the date I was suspended under the Ozzman acount,you can clearly match the dates from this email to see the 2 months Gary said he waited is crap

I have sent no threatening emails and I ask Gary to provide these,the only thing thatcould be considered a threat is the email I posted earlier saying i would name him on the board

By the way I never initiated contact with him regarding the first trade outside the forum,we organised a trade via PM,then because I couldn't access his PMs containing his details due to the suspension I asked another of the outstanding traders here Bill B,to let him know that I couldn't contact him and he would need to contact me regarding this,after Bill let him know my email address I was then contacted by him

I even let him know even after I burnt the discs,that if he didn't feel comfortable trading with me after the ban I fully understood if he chose not to trade

Hey guys found out who this Dimebag charecter is,hese is a thread about him by DJmarie



I had gone over to The Traders Den site under snail mail trading and had set up a trade with this "XMRADIOMAN" - his initials KJ. He requested 10 DVDs from my list and I did the same. I mailed them off to him in the first week of January. For three weeks he did not respond to messages. Finally, when he did, said that he did not receive the shows yet and that he was sending mine out. On 2/3/2005 he sends me a message stating that he got my package and asking if I got his - well, I responded that I had not yet received it and I was waiting. Since then, he blocked my email and private messages. I don't know what the deal is with this guy, but it seems he has traded with others there as well. I visit the site again today and find that under his name "banned" appears. So, if anyone spots him, beware!

VanHagar, so you have made your point. You and Gary have explained your sides. Gary has done nothing wrong to any of the respected members of this site. You come in and your first posts are a bad trader posts. Your point has been made, it is now fresh in our minds. There is not much any of us can do, so why continue posting. You are basically spamming up the updates page.

None of us like getting ripped off, and i am sure it has happened to all of us at some point when trading.

All i am saying is, Gary has a clean Rep here, we have listened to you and your point. If you feel the need to discuss it further, contact him off the boards. The trade wasnt done through this Forum, so why should it be discussed here at novels length.?????

Now lets move on. If you do not plan on trading here and becoming an active member...MOVE ON!!!!
