Sammy and Alex spoke earlier on, before the tour even began, that a DVD or CD was possible. I wouldn't be surprised to hear that every show was recorded on both audio and video. Audio is certainly easy enough and video ... well heck they had the screens and cameras and so forth. However, most acts if they are recording a concert for DVD release they would use all sorts of cameras on cranes and additional cameras beyond the cameras used just for the in house screens or monitors. I highly doubt any video shot from those cameras will ever see the light of day although it would be nice :) . As far as the Audio, well, connecting a DAT deck to the board and recording every night is one thing but again most bands that release live albums bring in all sorts of additional recording equipment. A truck parked out back with a 24 or 32 track mixing recorder and all sorts of stuff. I did not ever hear of any show which had either the additional recording equipment nor the camera cranes. I doubt you'll see either. And hearing how badly the playing was on certain nights I doubt they would want any of it released anyway. Sam and Mike both said after the tour that there were some high points and some low points so I'm certain some parts they wouldn't mind and other parts they would. In any case I wouldn't hold my breath for an official release. Just my opinion.

All they would have to do is release the Little Rock show...that was the best show that I saw last year....of course...in my back yard it must be the best! :D

I did read a "brief" post on their website that they were going to offer audio recordings of their shows to their fans (like some bands are doing) and to keep posted. It was only posted for a day or two and then the post was pulled. I read it earlier in their tour. Did anybody else see that?
I also read/heard that they were going to release a live dvd after the tour was over but that was ages ago. Haven't heard anything since. Just my two cents worth.

I doubt it will happen. No new music.

11 of the 17 songs on the RHRN DVD (including solos) were in the 2004 setlist.

You know I don't doubt for a second that they would offer audio recordings but I can also see them retracting that because they weren't nearly as tight as they were in previous years.

They have three new songs, but, i'm sure we would have heard something by now. Oh well that's what this site is all about!

You can't count Solos! That DVD sucks because they didn't include the songs from the RHRN Audio CDs! I need a good compilation of greatest hits man! Feed me VH, fuckin feed me!

While cruising thru Dime...I see the Greensboro being torrented...so I take a look...and down in the comments that are being posted one of them clearly states that there were shows that were pro shot from this tour...we can only hope that somebody does slip one out or the band decides to issue one...now that would be great!

Yeah, well I am sure many Line Feeds of the Screen were also recorded, but i doubt we will ever see them. I look at the past history of unreleased Pro-shots from VH surfacing...not many....but we can only hope. Im not sure i want to hear eddie through a sound board from the last tour.....eeeeek!!!! :D

Although it would be cool if one of those got leaked, you never know whether or not to believe what you read. I have no doubt that there maybe some recording from the feed to the screens but it could also be someone just talking out their butt.

IMO

I think we have a better chance of seeing Dave back with the band than a Pro shot of Halen
