Is it something wrong with my computer or something I can do to view the artwork in the Artwork section ? I can see some but not all the artwork...some of them come out with little boxes with a x in them. I tried refreshing button that don't work ...anybody got any ideas ?

try going in internet options & deleting all offline content clearing cache something like that
I went looking for answers @ microsoft one day & this is a common problem |

What browser are you using? What version is it? What operating system and version? Which artwork(s) aren't you able to view? (be specific with links) |

Lets see,thanks Ron...
I am using Windows XP ( home edition ) w/ the service pack 2 update.
I am using Internet Explorer ( don't know what version )
As for which artwork...I can view the older dvd artwork and some of the newer ones...but I can't open the artwork of macdon22ship and decatone...

| I'm with you Lance.....We have similar set ups and all the issues you are experiencing are happening to me as well. Just to clarify, are there some people here that can see all the artwork and have no problems?? :confused: |

Well, people that know me, already know what I'm going to say. DON'T USE Internet Exploder!
You should be using Mozilla or FireFox. Either is leaps and bounds and years beyond IE. I don't doubt you can't see PNG files with IE. MicroSloth can't/won't support many of the more common Internet standards. Please stop using IE.

I don't think it's a browser issue. There are quite a few image files that inexplicably disappeared sometime after the server move. I went through my backups but they're no where to be found.
Be sure to get the Firefox browser, though. Get the Adblock extension; after configuring it to block pop-ups and ads, it will be your new best friend. ;) |
