|
|
I got these two great Whitesnake DVDs from a trader in Germany I haven't seen them on anyone's list so I thought I'd tree them out... hopefully there'll be some interest...
Here's whats being treed...
The 'Yesterday' DVD...
Whitesnake - Rough, Ready & Willin (1977-1985)
PAL - PC Authored - Pro-Shot clips of varying quality (A+/B+)
A great collection of promo vids, TV apperances, interviews and live clips of the band ending with an interview with Coverdale from 'The Tube' in 1985 discussing the upcoming 'Whitesnake' disc and if it doesn't succeed in America... Whitesnake will cease to exist.
32 tracks in all.... I'm way to lazy to type them all out...
There are some excellent quality live clips of the Coverdale/Sykes/Murray/Powell/Lord line-up from Swedish TV '84... John Lord's last show with Whitesnake before the Deep Purple MKII reunion.
Alot of great classic Whitesnake songs....
'Bloody Mary'
'Ready & Willin'
'Trouble'
and a whole lot more.
This is great, vintage & pure 'pre-Tawny Kitaen' Whitesnake!
The 'Today' DVD...
Whitesnake - 11/12/04 - Moscow Luzhniki Arena - Moscow, Russia
PAL - Standalone - Audience Shot - 2 Cam mix - Great Quality.
A great looking show with a great setlist... again, I'm too lazy to type it out.
Alot of classics mixed in with the setlist standards...
'Burn/Stormbringer'
'Take Me With You'
'Ain't No Love In The Heart Of The City'
and the standards like 'Crying in the Rain', 'Still of the Night', yadda... yadda... yadda!
David Coverdale (v)
Doug Aldrich (g)
Reb Beach (g)
Marco Mendoza (b)
Tommy Aldridge (d)
Timothy Drury (k)
So there you are...
If interested... here's the details...
Sign-up will be open until Friday 7/22/05... I'll try and post a structure over the weekend and get the DVDs out to the branches on Monday 7/25/05.
THESE ARE PAL FORMAT DISCS, SO BE SURE YOU CAN HANDLE THIS BEFORE SIGNING UP!!!

Disc one is one of the most interesting DVDs I've seen on vhtrading.com.
Can't wait to see it. The last gig with Lord from swedish television is a very good one with
Coverdale saying "Good evening Las Vegas" to the crowd who's sitting down and eating dinner!!!
Thanks to all inwolved |
