When I bought mine in 1995, I wrote to EBMM and they said that approximately 7500 were made.
I've still got mine. Awesome guitar. :thumb:

| I gotta EVH EBMM Red Quilt top... born-on 4/17/92. I emailed to find out what I could about it. Not only did Scott Ball (no kidding!) give me that date, he also told me it shipped to a music store on Long Island, New York. Cool! |

I have an amber quilt top EBMM EVH and I think mine was one of the last ones. Mine is a 95 and as much as I love my Wolfies I still love this EBMM too.
Just a kick ass rock axe. I wish Ed still played one sometimes. He was unstopable when he played that axe.

Mine's a sunburst too. Actually, I think its "cherryburst", but most people seen to call it sunburst. Its probably not the colour I would of picked if I had the choice of all the colours that were released, but I've definately grown to love it.
It's a sweet guitar to play, although I dont play it as much as I should, but I'm glad I still got her.
I've got a Ibanez JEM too, and JEM's are my favorite guitars, but most times I prefer playing my EBMM
