This show the video aspect is ok but sound is very weak and distorted...
Better off picking other show |

sure....but was any 2004 shows soundcheck taped on video..? I know there was an audio out.

According to NJ's list, the sound check at the 7/2/04 Cleveland show was taped. I don't have this but will send you a PM on the Rochester one. |

| I'm not sure if it's the whole thing. I went through a stage where I wanted soundchecks and in my searching I ended up with a VHS of the entire Rochester 86 soundcheck. If I remember it's Long and Dull. I should check around to see if I still have it. |

This is the only version I've seen. The camera is on a stand facing the stage. They play some Zeppelin, Sammy climbs up the tower to test his mic, etc... I think it probably lasts about 20 minutes. |

| I just put on the VHS copy of the Rochester soundcheck. It's a little over 50 minutes. It includes the roadies setting up the stage, t shirt booths, ect, soundcheck, interviews with the band, fans and neighburs by a Rochester newstation. It's a lot longer than what is included on the LWAN compilation but in my opinion the only cool parts are included. |

I heard a rumour that they were recorded. I heard that almost all the Balance tour was recorded. But i think it was just a rumour. I've never heard of anyone who has them, but i just said i'd ask. Lots of good memories from that day. Great show from a great band.

I understand the Des Moines, IA 86 show was not the best sound. I used to have it on VHS and lost it in a move we did 7 years ago.
If anyone could help me out with either a VHS or dvd of this show I would really appreciate it.
