Not the kind of thing I like doing, but i've given this guy every chance before doing this.

Hasn't come through with his part of the Black Label Society dvd tree - this goes back to August.
Last email he replied back to me on was Oct 17th. After not responding to any emails for a month before that (he claimed he was out of town), he goes on to say he had already sent once before, and he expects me to wait before i get my shows, and to "drop the 'tude"... I've never been rude to this guy at all in any of my emails to him :sus: Also didn't care what I posted and where I posted it! Nice attitude :rolleyes:

David Rockhill, send the dvd's and i'll edit this post....

I was part of a tree with David back then too (he was my branch) and he kind of disappeared. We never got to the point of sending so he hasn't ripped me off but I think something may have happened and that it wasn't just a decision to screw people. I'm guessing though.

Yeah shit happens at times, the thing is the shows I sent him are on his list, he's just not following through.His last response to me just sucked. It's been way too long.

He was a branch a couple a times for me and he always came through... Something might of happened to him but again him having the discs you sent him on his list isn't a good sign...Ory

Has anybody heard from him???? Did anybody get their discs yet?? I just saw him posting in JTT and he's active in downloading stuff there. I will send him a PM and try to see if he responds.. If he doesn't respond to anybody then I assume he will no longer be welcomed here....Ory

Haven't recieved anything from this guy, hasn't replied to my last email. I just don't want anyone else here getting ripped off by him......

Nice Catch Ory, that sucks that he has outstanding Trades and is still active elsewhere.... :irked:

He has received my PM I sent him and now I'm wondering if he has contacted anybody??? I sent him a PM here and one in JTT and both were asking him to contact me or somebody from this thread.. I included a link to this thread... I know he has received them both and if he doesn't respond, he is a deadbeat branch and will probably be banned from this web site....Please let me know if anybody hears from him??

This guy is currently active on JTT right now, and I still haven't heard from him... he just couldn't be bothered to send his end of the deal :zzz:

Damn,


I was about 50/50 when I decided to make this guy a branch for this tree. I had a bad feeling after seeing he only had a near 30 posts at the time but thought he would deliver.

He actually sent me the trade we did for the branch but it took about 2 or 3 months.

Looks like he should be cut off here.


Any one still need the BLS dvds?

I have masters for those of you who want to trade.. shoot me a pm

He has been banned from this forum... I hate to do this but he had the chance to clear his name and he decided not to.. I have tried contacting him a couple of times and he received my PM's but never responded back to me.

NJN tried emailing him and the guy gave him the runaround or never bothered to respond... We will not tolerate deadbeat branches and traders here.

I'm sorry this happend to to NJN but I'm glad you spoke up about this deadbeat!!! Ory :thumb:
