That's always been my argument, there's little to nothing to gain and if there are any issues in the conversion there's a lot to lose. Plus any issues in the conversion you might not find out about until much later. Why risk it. Leave it alone.

Don't get me wrong! All files stored on DVD data discs are in their original format...I'm only saying that I've found a great program for immediate conversion for burning cds...be it ape, shn what have you...
