Interesting that the NM document is dated Sept. 79. I know Marshall B. was let go around the same time as the attorneys in the above letter, and that NM replaced him as VH’s mgr.

So there were 6 to 7 months before NM officially replaced MB.
I’m guessing most here have seen this full footage already but this is the first time I’ve seen the ending footage of them walking out of the venue into the limousine with full names credited. This is the highest quality version I’ve seen.
