I don’t know any good sites but know a guy who collects only blu-rays he has a lot.

I very rarely do trades, but this guy had a couple of things I wanted, so I did an online trade with him last year (where we both uploaded to Dropbox). He will only trade uncirculated stuff for some of his shows. I am constantly authoring blu-rays and I release just about everything I author, so I worked a trade with him for some stuff that I was getting ready to release, so technically speaking, at the time of the trade, it was still unreleased/rare trade. As I recall, it all worked out well.
