id='q-24443'>
Got a problem I thought someone here coud help with –

My wife is taking a medical transciptionist class (CareerStep) online. They have audio clips you listen to. The problem is, instead of the clip, all I see is “Go To Windows MediaPlayer Download page” when using Internet Explorer (IE). But I already have MediaPlayer!

If I use Mozilla Firefox as a web browser, I can see and hear the clips just fine. I’d use Firefox, but CareerStep has other stuff that requires IE.

Can anyone help me troubleshoot? I’m using Windows Vista Service Pack 2 and Internet Explorer 8 (though I had the same problem using 9 too).

Thanks,<br
