This was my 4th time seeing them , 2 times in 09′ and 2 in 12′. They were ON FIRE !!!!!
I was located floor level dead center in front of the mix ( and out from under the balcony ).
This show was worth the 179 mi each way ( including the dreaded dive across the Surekill
in Philly @ rush hour ) … Amazing Show !!! They did drop Foxy Lady from this show for
some reason … no encore at all, played til the end .

How come only 14 tunes, were they not the headliner or was it a double bill. It just seems kind of short.

The shows are around 100 minutes, but the songs are long (or get dragged out), thus there are less of them than would be typical in a concert of that length.

Why the hell come into this topic if all you want to do is say stupid shit? Some of us enjoy both bands. Your right, some of the VH shows recorded sound great too. Lots of echo in those arenas with 50-70% capacity crowds.

I saw Chickenfoot at Mohegan Sun and while the place wasn’t sold out, it was easily at least 80%-85% filled, and that place holds about 12,000 people. And yes, they do jam out some of the songs, like “Down the Drain” for example. But they never felt too long. Good show.
