After searching high and low through my live recording collection, I’ve finally found the master recording of Dave’s show at Stubbs BBQ in Austin on July 23, 2003.
This was the first show I attended in Austin after moving there 4 months earlier.

Howdy,

I’m seeding this gig as a favor for ROIO420, the man who originally recorded this killer gig.
This FLAC file set was sourced from the original SHN files which I grabbed in July of 2003.
The original SHN files were reported as corrupt by Trader’s Little Helper.
Luckily, I had a back up of the original WAV files in Monkey’s Audio format on an old data CD-R.
I extracted WAVs from the APE files and converted them to FLAC on 11.25.07. No re-rips here!

Lineage is: Nomad JB3>1394 FireWire>CDWave (WAV splitter)>MKW Audio Compression Tool>SHN>WAV>APE>WAV>FLAC.

I personally attended Diamond Dave’s Stubb’s BBQ show here in Austin on July 23rd, 2003.
I must say that it was one of the best concerts that I’ve ever experienced.

Dave’s band was extremely tight, and could give Van Halen a serious run for their money.

David Lee Roth was in top form, and put on a top notch performance that shines on this outstanding audience recording.

I would like to note that all photographs that are included in this torrent were taken by my buddy David Valdez, live at Stubbs.
