Happy to see VHTrading site alive and kicking once again. I was so sorry to see it go years ago.
Today I was greeted by a funny note about the never ending Sammy vs. Dave issue. Some things just never change. Do they?
Growing up with the first VH records, I could not stand Sammy the first years either. Untill F.U.C.K. was released. After that record, step by step, Sammy won me over.
Dave is Dave and for me HE IS Van Halen. But nowadays I listen more to Sammy’s new records than to Dave and his stuff.
Growing old, I guess I just became another RED HEAD.
Sorry Dave! Still love you though.
But today Sammy makes more sense to me.
Please don’t take away from me the first 6 records!!! I will not repeat these words ever again!!!

I see I was wrong, if the site never went away, but I realy thought so.
At certain point I not lost access, I tried to re-register again, but the links seemed all dead at that time.
The other day I was realy impressed by crossing themightyvanhalen.net and I just got inspired to check again this link.

Anyway, so far so good.

The cd-r snail mail trading days of the nineties are definitely over. Let’s see how it works nowadays.
