Hey from NYC…

We saw Halen on 3/1 and were mighty impressed, despite our lousy tickets. Between the first six albums reissued as HDCD’s and the new disc — and even the Sammy stuff in between — I’ve been going back and listening to the early stuff and remembering exactly why I dig it so much. I’ve got a few vinyl boots (one I remember called City Nights, among others) that I’m going to try and convert with a USB turntable. Between the new/old Halen, the Pink Floyd and Rush remastered discs, I’ve been pretty busy musically.

Anyhoo, wanted to say howdy to you all :-)
