I listen to a lot of music during the course of a week, be it on the commute to work, in the evenings, weekends etc……..but I go through spells where I don’t listen to Van Halen for a couple weeks at a time. Just wondering how often others here spend listening to Van Halen over the course of a month, official and unofficial.

I try to go for a jog 5 to 7 days a week and CVH is featured heavily in my jogging playlists – so I listen to them almost every day for that. Outside of jogging, they pop up as much as anyone else in my car/home listening. My Taylor Swift loving daughters can easily recognize a Van Halen song when it comes on, so that’s a clue I listen to them a lot.

I mostly listen to 80′s pop and 80′s rock with a sprinkling of “college radio” music from the late 80′s. Not much of a radio listener, but when I do it’s Hawaiian or classic rock.

I listen to a lot of guitar driven rock stuff to & from work and when I go jogging..As everyone else I go through phases with listening to VH but I would have one or more of their songs playing nearly every day..
More a mix of songs from various albums and bootleg songs from over the years..Never put on a album & listen from start to finish.

Some of it is getting worn, or burnt, mainly due to clear channel in my area. I find myself listening to talk or sport radio often, I still enjoy the live boots and rareities, the mainstream stuff is just overdone to me. The radio in Pittsburgh has been playing the same 3 songs for 30 years now.

Almost everyday. I may go a couple of days without listening to VH, however, it’s usually at least a song or two.

I’m a lot like you … when I’m in the car and I do listen to music, it’s almost always a live boot. I keep a stash of burned CD-Rs in the glove box just for that.

sometimes I think to lay off VH from time-to-time because I never want to get burned out or tired of those VH albums. But at the same time that’s kinda silly cause I doubt I could ever tire of them. Plus a lot of VH bootlegs get sprinkled in there.

I don’t listen to them that much. When I do, I listen to the first 6 on random play. Usually while I’m doing a project of some sort on the computer. When done, if Van Halen hasn’t finished. I’ll save the remaining set list for next time. Van Halen gives me 3 hours and 17 minutes of music.
