id='q-53373'><p>Your computer is assigned a unique number on the Internet by your service provider.  Systems (generally) know where in the world all these numbers should be.  So, you need to theoretically find a way to make your computer seem like it&#8217;s in a different place.</p><p>You could get on a plane or train, and take your computer somewhere else, or you could &#8220;trick&#8221; the world into believing your computer has moved when it has not.</p><p>What you&#8217;d theoretically be after is a proxy server that makes it look like your computer has moved.  For example, if I wanted my computer to appear as though it was in Australia, I might visit this site <a
