id='q-17537'><p>I finally got some DVD9 discs &amp; was going to burn a dvd9 file.</p><p>The following appears:</p><p><strong>W 20:30:09 Drive D:\ (FAT32) does not support single files &gt; 4 GB in size.</strong></p><p>Can I still burn the disc?  Not sure what to do next without wasting a disc.</p><hr

id='q-17542'><p>What is your &#8220;D&#8221; drive?  The DVD burner?  You shouldn&#8217;t be getting a FAT32 error for a blank DVD.  I&#8217;m guessing that &#8220;D&#8221; is your hard drive, and it&#8217;s older and formatted FAT32 (instead of NTFS?)<br

Do you have a DVD9 disc that you are trying to copy?  Do you have DVD9 files that you are trying to burn?  Both cases?</p><p>Have you looked through some of the guides? <a
href="http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showforum=4" rel="nofollow">http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showforum=4</a></p><p>In the case of your FAT32 error, it sounds like you have a DVD and are trying to make a copy of it by creating an image file from the disc.  The problem is that the file is going to be larger than 4GB, thus the error.  You should have a drive that&#8217;s NTFS formatted to avoid that limitation.<br
