fletch: after a much needed hiatus from authoring I’m back. Just finished Iron Maiden 6/26/12 Mansfield, ma and next up is VH Boston. Give me a few to get my feet back under me and I’ll have more to share. Keep checking the facebook in weeks to come as once the flow starts I should have some great shows done before Christmas!!!
As far as I know, the guy with the decent footage – that he posted on youtube and basically teased everyone with – has never released it in DVD quality.
I know I uploaded my video and I thought there were two or three others who shot there that sent their footage as well? Well damn. I was hoping to find something.
I notice that there are several video sources at Youtube for the 6/9/2012 show. Some are shaky or shooting from a long way back, but there are a few decent looking ones, too. Has anyone tried to contact any of them? It looks like there are at least 2 video sources in this thread, and if even a couple more decent sets of original files can be located, it should be possible to put together a good multicam. Now that I know what I’m doing (more or less) with Vegas and DVD Architect, I’d be glad to give it a go if the footage can be obtained.

I shot the whole show, but it’s pretty distant. This was the last show I went to and I didn’t pick the tickets. We were several sections back on Wolf’s side. I’d be glad to send you my footage. Let me know and thanks!!
Well, I sent a message via Youtube to the ten users listed above, plus a guy at Dime who posted on the 6/9 audio torrent that he had some footage. Not trying to step on anyone else’s toes who might be putting a multicam together, but it sure doesn’t hurt to see what other video sources are out there. If nothing else, they could be sent to whoever is working on it.
I uploaded mine to two people in case there was something in the works. It’s been over a year. I think it’s safe to do something and not worry about stepping on toes. It would probably be easier for me to mail the files to you. I think I made a set of DVD-R discs in case I needed to mail them, but ended up putting them on my server instead. Since then I’ve had to clean up my server space and I removed them.

As for PMs, look for the “Messages” dropdown at the top of every page. Under it, select “Send”. Then in the “Recipient” field, start typing the username. It will show you the matches and you can select from there.
There seems to be a lot more footage of 6/1 at Youtube than there does of 6/9. I know there is a Dime audio torrent of 6/9, but is there a separate audio source for 6/1?
