I’d be all in if it were the whole show. But it’s pretty lame that it’s the same 8 tracks on the deluxe box CD. 3 of the 8 tracks are Sammy singing DLR songs. As a fan of both eras, I do not need anymore Van Hagar live versions of ATBL, Jump, YRGM, etc. We’ve had more than enough versions already released on Live Without A Net, Live: Right Here Right Now and Live In Dallas.
If they’re just gonna release certain random tracks from Wembley, at least include as many Balance songs as possible!

It’s no secret Van Halen gave up trying to crack the U.K. sometime in the late ’70s, which is why they were relegated to opening for Bon Jovi come 1995.

Still, there were some shows of note, including three nights at Wembley Stadium in the support slot. This eight-song performance, recorded on June 24 that year and pressed on translucent orange crush vinyl, features a mix of the band’s biggest hits — like “Jump” and “Right Now” — and deep cuts, like the underrated “Feelin’.”

Limited to 6,000 copies, the show was included in this year’s expanded edition of the final record with Sammy Hagar, “Balance,” but arrives here as a standalone.
