11hrs…. damn!! — around 9min he describes the 1982 backstage scene before showtime…….. “…soft spoken Michael, Van Halen’s every man, just sort of standing around — bass nowhere in sight…” Lol Noel taking veiled swipe at MA.

he even describes the iconic VH intro wrong… “Ladies and gentlemen…. HERE IS…The Mighty Van Halen…” We all know it was (“I GIVE YOU”) jeeeez.

and he says….. “a single spotlight trained on Rudy Leiren to introduce the band…” LMAO. Like it’s some high school talent show. Of course, Rudy was backstage or whatever introducing the band. Why he’d be on stage with a spotlight on him..???!!!! well that’s why i have issues with this book . I want accurate details!!!! ;-)

Plus describing the show (82) keeps referencing “Atomic Punk” lyrics from the stage… pretty sure they didn’t play that in 82. Ok now I’m getting nit-picky (haha…)

Rudy, Pete or Ed Anderson… that’s the book i wanna see.
