Woke up to hear Jimi Jamison from Survivor passed away last night. An excellent singer and an even better guy. Just saw him in July. My condolences go out to his family. Was really nice to see him and original singer Dave Bickler performing on stage together. (Hint hint Van Halen)

I saw him at a free show in Japan around 16-17 years ago. The band totally rocked. I’m still kicking myself for not bringing a video camera, as there were a couple of Japanese guys openly filming with no hassles.
