Anyone now how to save other peoples instagram photos to your computer. Cant right click and save or copy them. Thanks.

I don’t know what an instagram is, but if the photo appears on the page, instead of doing a “save image as,” you can do a “save page as,” and then go to the folder where all the various files for the page are located – and the jpeg image will be in that folder. There will typically be 30-40 files in the folder – to include various other small jpeg images.

Yep – it worked exactly as I thought it would. Just follow my directions above and you shouldn’t have any problems.

Another thing you can do is right click and chose “view page source” and then copy the URL for the image. In this case it’s:

http://distilleryimage11.instagram.com/576df76e5f3711e29e9622000a9f09f1_7.jpg

Cut and paste that into another window, and you can now right click on the image and do a “save image as.”

Not as good quailty wise but you could always print screen and save a snap shot of what is on your screen.

In Firefox, just right-click on the photo and select the “View Background Image” option. Then save it.
