I received the following email and do not know if it is legit or not:

This site is powered by WordPress, which is a system used by millions of other sites (mostly blogs, but could be just about any type of site these days), and as such, is a target for attacks. The back-end system must be kept up-to-date in order to stay ahead of the attackers.

Hopefully anyone receiving such E-Mails won’t click on anything bad.
