By request, here’s the raw 48kHz transfer of the Van Halen Madison ’84 cassette master. Apparently this is one of the better audience recordings from “1984 Tour”. If I recall correctly, myself and Michael Devitt (RIP) transferred these cassettes while visiting KO during Thanksgiving break in 1999. We copied tapes 24/7 while reviewing KO’s massive, and extremely well documented, collection of cassettes, tickets, photos, and 8mm reels.
