About the Day & Show:

First, I didn’t had in Mind that this recording really failed
And the Quality is not as good as my other recordings. I remember that I was fucked up standing all day after a hard night in the car and was going in the back of the stadium to sit and watch/record.
So this is only for collectors !

Side A is okay, but after about 30 min. the speed problems seeing the light of day and it’s a little to fast. And you will hear on Track 11 what happenend to side B
My Aiwa had a Problem with the tape I think. The AC/DC Show after was going well, luckily !!!

But I do have a Master Copy from a friend from the Nuernberg Area who recorded this too. He did a lot of Recordings in this Area with a few friends of him.
So I do have a lot 1st Generations from this Area.

I was travelling (by car) with a good friend to see both Monsters Of Rock Festivals in Germany. Starting Saturday in the morning and coming back on Monday, sleeping in the car including
As I recorded everything, I had to have a lot of Tapes and a lot of Duracell Batteries too
So not everything worked out great on the weekend ! As I have to notice nearly 37 years later !

May you heard in an interview with Sharon Osbourne the Story of Ozzy, Dave and Eddie at the Novotel Hotel in Nürnberg after the last show.
Dave was singing in the Hotel Bar, having a lot of drinks and all getting crazy around because Dave stands on the Bar singing Frank Sinatra stuff
I was sitting with a friend in the Hotel Lobby trying to get some Autographs and Photos that night, it was real funny to see and hear because the Bar wasn’t closed so you can see it from the Lobby.

I spend a lot of time, work and money to get this Recordings out to you in best possible quality. No Remastering, just the original recordings I did.

I don’t know how many shows I recorded but I have about of 3000 recordings, which are a lot of Tapes. I have many 1st Gen stuff and I’ll see what is not around and try to post it.
Mainly, AC/DC, Ratt, Mötley Crüe, Bon Jovi, Ozzy Osbourne, there a lot of heavy Boxes with Tapes

If you like to remaster, do it, but always mark my original recording infos. May I will do some Remastering myself.

I recorded from 1981-1996, mainly in Offenbach, Frankfurt (Rhein-Main Area) but also travelled through Germany and went to France, Belgium and the UK for recordings.

Mistakes will happen, good things will happen too. I hope you enjoy my work
