Thanks to Nicky C (Neumann KM150′s) for the audio source.

Lineage: Ripped the original NYCBC DVDs using DVD Decrypter. Put into Womble MPEG-VCR where I removed any commercial material and combined the two DVDs into one (no re-encoding). Added video between the songs to remove the swirling NYCBC logo. Used Vegas to sync and encode the nice audio recording by Nicky C. DVD Architech Pro 5 was used to author as a DVD-DL disc.
