Having received this disc, I can tell you that none of the artists are listed, so I guess it’s a little game. Which “Friends” are on which tracks?

I just took a quick stroll thru the tracks, listening to a couple of seconds of each one. Tracks 6-12 are from the 2004 tour. Possibly from this show:
