ON HOLLYWOOD BOULEVARD FOR JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE IN RARE TELEVISION APPEARANCE

Concert to be Aired Two Nights On the Late Night Show

In celebration of a 2015 Summer/Fall North American Tour, VAN HALEN will panel and perform a special concert for ABC’s ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ March 30 on Hollywood Boulevard. Featuring some of the band’s essential rock and roll classics, the concert will be broadcast over two nights, March 30 and March 31, on the late night talk show and marks Van Halen’s first U.S. television performance with original lead singer David Lee Roth. Jimmy Kimmel Live airs weeknights at 11:35|10:35pm CT on ABC.

Will it be easy to get a download of this once it has aired?
Not that I can do it but I’m hoping to get a DVD from someone once it’s aired..

Jimmy Kimmel also has a YouTube channel….

Bands that perform on his show usually perform one song on air, and a second song available on YouTube.

His YouTube channel should have all the songs the band plays…. and they will all be in HD.

The poor folks play for keeps down here…They’re the living dead. Nobody rules these streets at night like Van Halen!!

GENERAL Ticket Holders will be admitted AFTER PRIORITY Ticket Holders on a first-come, first-serve basis until capacity is reached.

GENERAL Ticket Guidelines:

Arrive in line 30 minutes prior to the Check-in Deadline on your E-Ticket.
Present your printed 1iota GENERAL E-Ticket to an Audience Coordinator upon arrival.
The 1iota member who reserved the tickets must be present at check-in and attend the event because we do not allow ticket transfers.
Your entire party must be present with photo ID at the time of check-in. No “saving spots.”
1iota tickets are FREE and are given out in excess of capacity, so sometimes we do have to turn folks away. If we do have to turn you away, we’ll be glad to have you back on a future date.
HOLLYWOOD BLVD OUTDOOR CONCERT
1iota Ticket Holders will be admitted on a first-come, first-serve basis by ticket group. Priority Ticket Holders will be admitted before General Ticket Holders. Note: Priority ticket holders, JKL friends and family, VIPs, Radio Winners and the JKL studio audience will occupy the pen closest to the stage. General ticket holders will occupy pens 2-5 in that order.

SUGGESTED ARRIVAL TIME
Hollywood Blvd will be congested so please allow extra time for traffic, parking and security! You will not be able to line up before 1:30pm.

CHECK-IN LOCATION
After parking, please make your way to 7049 Hollywood Blvd (corner of Hollywood Blvd & Sycamore). 1iota Check-In will be located in the middle of Hollywood Blvd. Look for the 1iota Check-In area. See map below.

AGE
Minimum age is 16. Everyone must present a valid state/government issued ID or passport (with a visible date-of-birth) to attend the show. High School ID’s must have a visible birth date.

DRESS
Please dress as if you are going to a concert. Dress comfortably and for the weather as you will be outside! NO elaborate patterns or large logos, as they are not camera-friendly. It is standing-room-only!

PARKING
Our audience members may use the Hollywood & Highland Complex paid parking structure but charges will apply. We will NOT validate your parking ticket at the end of this show. If no parking spaces are available at the Hollywood & Highland Complex structure, there are other PAID parking lots in walking distance from our studio.

PERSONAL ITEMS
Digital or video cameras, food or drinks will NOT be allowed in the outdoor stage. Please leave these items in your car as we will NOT check/hold any items. BACKPACKS OR PURSES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED!!
