This is a fresh transfer from an unknown gen audience cassette recording.

Lately i’ve been listening back on some VH cassettes i traded in the 80′s.
I guess these shows are widely circulated, (and probably uploaded here before).
Anyway, i decided to transfer and share some of them.
So, for anybody who missed out on some classic VH, here’s another chance to grab ‘em.

Not the best quality, please check sample.

Listened to this one yesterday. Not a bad sounding show for 1980. I haven’t listened to a pre-1982 show in a long time. I had forgotten how cool Eddie’s solo was back then. Even incorporated part of the opening riff to “Blood and Fire” and part of “Pleasure Dome” in there.

I’ve now listened to this Seattle 1980 show a few times this oast week and can attest to Voodoo’s recomendation noticing EVH’s solo jam packed with little tidbits of the future definitely fun listening.

Also- given the fact ADKOT recieved so much commentary about using ” old demos” & so forth….kinda funny hearing DLR introduce Take Your Whiskey Home ” as being BRAND NEW off the new album…..even though…to them…it was 6 years old at that point… ( recorded on the Checkoree Demos in 1974 with Mark Stone) ….

But yeah….BRAND NEW!!!
