This looks to be coming out sometime in May 2014 (this month). Looks to be a grey-market type of release, with the audio being from the 1983 US Festival.

Also looks like it was released digitally on iTunes earlier this year: https://itunes.apple.com/lu/album/live-to-air/id843203749

Probable repacking of the previous release with a similar name.
