I noticed that YOUTUBE is giving you more options. So which is best ?

I’d stick with MP4.

If you want an ADP version, you’ll need to pay for the converter*. (I’m assuming you are talking about Video DownloadHelper here)

*there are some ways around this.

MP4 works very well for me…. need to use it anyhow with my Apple TV.

I watch all YouTube through my Apple TV, and the picture quality, when in HD is no different than HD DirecTV. Which is surprising, and really nice.

The poor folks play for keeps down here…They’re the living dead. Nobody rules these streets at night like Van Halen!!

For some reason, Video Download Helper wasn’t giving the MP4 option like before.

The latest update seems to have corrected this

Yeah every time that happens it means there is an update on the way. It’s happened to me several times in the past.
