id='q-63063'>
Well you didn’t ask for it, but here it is.
Wolfgang is a very interesting topic that i like to discuss. So Mike is out, Wolfgang is in. Many people said he’ll never replace MA. WRONG STATEMENT. No one can replace MA because there is only 1 MA. Wolfgang brought his own sound and style to the band in his own way. It sounded great with Wolf. Did i miss the sound of Sam and Mike with VH, yes. Did I like the new (old?!?) sound of VH with Dave and Wolf? Yes. So he hits the stage as part of VH. Now he goes and creates a solo project and he said it best “If you are expecting a VH sound to the album, you will be disappointed”. I heard the music and i freakin’ love it. Wolf put his ideas into music and laid it out there for us. What does this album have in common with VH? Maybe mixed / recorded at 5150 with EVH gear and nothing else. I’m ok with that because he did his own thing. When it comes out, I will purchase the record and it will be played. Like any record in the universe, there will be hits and some misses but I for one am damn excited to sit back with a cigar and enjoy the ride. I cannot wait for this album to come out because the sound is great and beats the recycled over mixed crap out there today.
Small club tours? God I hope so….<br
