I’ve seen other youtube clips of this Japanese kid playing – but they were shot at home for the most part. In this video, he’s up on stage. That had to be the most exciting thing he’s ever done.

At the end of the above video, they showed some other videos and this one has the best 9 year old rocker I have EVER seen. The kid is as natural a performer as they come. He might only be 8 years old because Korean ages are figured differently (basically, the nine months in the womb counts as your first year). These are actually Japanese kids performing on a Korean tv show – so the interaction at the end of the show is kind of weird because the host is trying to be humorous and since humor doesn’t translate well across different languages and cultures – it gets kind of awkward. But in spite of the language barrier – the little guitarist pulls off some really funny responses, but you have to understand Japanese and Korean to grasp them.
