At the close of Artist's performance, Purchaser shall provide a freshly-prepared, hot dinner for eight (8) persons, consisting of the following:
Four (4) Red meat entrees (e.g.,steak,prime rib,BBQ ribs)
Four (4) Chicken, Fish, or seafood entrees (baked or broiled, not fried)
Fresh Vegetable Salad with Two (2) Dressings
Two (2) cooked Vegetables
Potatoes (if baked, include sour cream, butter,
and chives; if mashed, real potatoes, not instant)
Bread and Butter
Dessert (e.g., cake,pie,pastries, ice cream)
Condiments: Ketchup (Heinz)
A-1 Sauce
McIlhenny
Tabasco Sauce
Soy Sauce
BBQ Sauce (with BBQ entree only;kept warm)
Tartar Sauce (with fish or seafood only)
Lemon Wedges (with fish or seafood only)
Salt and Pepper (2 sets of shakers)

Ninety-six (96) large, bath-size, cloth towels ( 72 dark color,24 white; all pre-washed and lint free)
Five hundred (500) 16-ounce plastic cups (for cold drinks; Solo brand preferred; not clear plastic or wax paper)
One hundred (100) 10-ounce Styrofoam Cups
(for hot drinks)Twenty-five (25) Dinner Plates (china; not paper or plastic)
Fifteen (15) Bowls (china;not paper or plastic)
Twenty-five (25) each, Forks,Knives,Spoons (metal,not
plastic;in view, not wrapped in napkins)
Serving Utensils (for all food items)
Three (3) Cork Screws
Five (5) Bottle openers
Tablecloths ( for all catering tables)

One (1) large tube of K-Y Jelly (Don't ask!)

Ice Cubes (fresh and clean;for use in drinks)

Four (4) Garbage Cans with plastic liners
