This book seems to take quotes and stories from Sam, and put them in chronological order, in order to create a “biography”. I suspect there is nothing new here.

What is the difference with this from the Red book? I dont get it. He already said all this stuff. hmmmm must be an attempt to show Alex that he can go a little “easier” on Ed unlike the last Red book.

Just dont get why someone would want to buy the same exact thing except a watered down version that doesnt hurt feelings as much lol….. sorry Sam we already know your history. If your first book was watered down and now you were gonna spew out the truth then “sure…. sign me up I’ll buy it” but to buy a book that sugar coats things just to make Alex happy…. nah…. I’m good lol

Sammy Hagar’s “Red” was written by him (with help).
This book takes quotes and stories, and compiles them into a book authored by “William Page”, who I suspect is not a real person. Another William Page book similarly done: https://www.amazon.com/Joy-Buolamwini-Biography-Championing-Humanity/dp/B0CPM4FS3D/

I’ve read thru this book and can now say:
-It’s a very quick read
-It’s laid out well chronologically
-It goes up until the formation of Chickenfoot
-Some of the text reads as if it’s been translated into English from some other language
-I learned stuff that I had either forgotten, or never knew to begin with

I’m not going to recommend you go out and spend $16 bucks on it, but I also won’t push you away from it. I’m not sorry I bought it.
