No Treble is proud to announce that our second annual NAMM live edition of Groove — The No Treble Podcast will feature special guest Michael Anthony! The event will be held in front of a live audience at the 2019 Winter NAMM Show in Anaheim, California on January 25th at 5:00 pm. Anthony will be attending NAMM in support of Peavey’s Michael Anthony VB-MA Bass Amplifier.

Anthony is a legend of rock for his work in Van Halen, Chickenfoot, The Circle, and more. Groove host Mitch Joel will interview the bassist about his musical development, style, and illustrious career.

More than just a podcast, Groove is a project to build the largest oral history of the bass in the world. Past guests have included Victor Wooten, Jeff Berlin, Tony Levin, Jerry Jemmott, Leland Sklar, John Patitucci, Robert Trujillo and many more. Last year’s live NAMM event was an incredible chat with Billy Sheehan, so you definitely won’t want to miss this year.
