When did they start not letting you use just a regular Visa to buy platinum seats? It looks like it has to be a Citi Visa.

No such requirement that I know about, unless you are trying to buy seats during a Citicard pre-sale or something.

My credit union visa would not work,and this was not a presale.Tickets have been on sale for a while.You had to have a Citi bank Visa,or Mastercard or a American Express card to get tickets.I applied for a Amex card today so I don’t have to deal with this anymore! If you get the right one there are no annual fees.

I didn’t have a problem when I bought Platinum seats in 2012 for VH. Maybe it’s the venue.Anyway got it done using my sisters Amex card. LOL!
