FINALLY figured out how to down sample so here’s the long awaited cd ready version of the Van Halen show. Some mentioned there was no depth to the recording. I went back and adjusted some levels and boosted the bass so IMHO it sounds better than ever.

Holy shit is all I can say. Ed has never sounded better AND ‘In a Simple Rhyme’ ‘Dirty Movies’ & ‘Drop Dead Legs’ live??!! I’ve seen VH 10 times and this was the best time I’ve ever seen them.
Thank god for Wolf and pushing a phenomenal set list! The Roth spot before Ice Cream Man is extremely boring and I can only hope the guys catch a breather during this.

Not sure how this will sound any better than the other version?

Who can’t adjust an EQ and add some low end?

This recording has on/off distortion in the right channel….. the recording phases at times. It’s better than nothing, so I’m not complaining.

For some reason Dave’s vocals are very high in the mix… which isn’t really a good thing.

The poor folks play for keeps down here…They’re the living dead. Nobody rules these streets at night like Van Halen!!

Can someone get this show and post it on google drive or dropbox? I no longer have a dimeadozen account that lets me download. I am sure there are other old-time traders here that would prefer getting it from google drive or dropbox too, right?
