Dave: I think someone else suggested taking a break right before Dave’s Ice Cream Man solo. He takes a minute or two to set up, apparently, before he starts his speech.

In the Concord recording, that “break” is 45-50 seconds between the end of Dirty Movies and the start of Dave’s strumming, which is around the 80 minute mark of the show.
