Reply To: Eruption 1976 (pre-tapping) Whiskey a Go Go sbd 12/03/77

With all due respect Doc, we’ve discussed these things before. First, our first evidence of tapping (audio boot) is in June ’77. Second, tune development – boot to boot -is a reliable indicator of where things fit, especially Eruption. That being said, there are many reasons that the Magic Mountain show had to come after the 6/10 Whisky show. I just don’t have time to outline all of them. Unfortunately, a search may not help you b/c of the transfer of ownership and loss of older threads. Maybe someone else with knowledge and time could chime in. Good luck. BTW, I love the Jelly Roll tune your name is derived from (if that’s where you got it).
