JasonA: What happens after page 218?

It’s a common theme throughout the book, I guess, but Eddie’s paranoia comes out against the author. This is the most REAL written work about what has been happening with Eddie (since probably 1995/1998 era) that I have ever read. Sammy spoke about it and Gary alluded to it, but, never mentioned anything specifically. All of the stories that have been told about Ed and Al fighting, Eddie’s resentment towards Sam, Mike and Dave, his two personalities (Ed vs. Edward Van Halen), it’s all kinda laid out in this book. It’s a small window of time, but if this all happened in this brief period, just image what went on when the band was still together, writing, recording and touring. I highly recommend this book. It’s short, but FULL of stories and insight into Eddie the person. Andrew never trashes anyone and totally takes neutral ground. He doesn’t damage anyone. It’s just the stories as they happened. The crazy world of rock and roll. The end is just sad and disappointing.
