 | Thanks for the welcome Rob. Dave, The short answer to your question is no, none of those titles were recorded by me. As far as getting shows on to Bootleg, it was innocent enough and just happened by chance.. At the time I didn’t know anyone that could facilitate putting my music collection, on to vinyl. I always had the desire though. I was interested in how vinyl LP’s were engineered and pressed. At the time I was buying vinyl records from the ads in the back of Goldmine Magazine. At that time I was in to collecting Vinyl and VHS tapes of live concerts. In one of my VHS orders, there was a note with a phone number on it. You may remember the label “Toasted” that put out a lot of live in-concert videos. I was supplying them with VHS tapes from my video collection as masters so they could put out new titles. At the time they asked me if I had any good audio shows that might be good for LP’s/CD’s, as they had a friend that had “connections”. So thats how it started out. I think this was circa 1985/86.
