i’ve been having a discussion with my pals in the local pub about van halen ever playing the glasgow apollo on the invasion tour in 1980. my best mate steve says they did and he was there. but i’m not sure. can anybody put light on the subject? it would be much appreciated. cause if i’m wrong, i owe a lot of people a drink. many thanks davie

cabosanlucas139(1021) | Last time they ever played in Scotland was that tour. According to Eddie they were escorted from the country after trashing a hotel in Aberdeen and asked not to return.
