Really?? Sam was very successful before VH, a lot of people apparently liked his crap music, as you say. Chickenfoot has 4 great musicians in it, they play very consistent shows every time they play. There is none of this BS of, well the guitar player plays great, but the singer is sucking ass every night. They never disappoint with their abilities. Funny how a no talent internet user can call someone with a 30 plus year music career an average talent. As far as being grateful to VH, Sammy said at the Vegas show last week that his 10 years in VH were some of the best years he’s had. He did not talk about the pathetic ending to VH at the same venue in 04. YES, that was VH, your wrong.

Satch does not suck but he did not have Eddies impact he is more of product of EVH.But I bet almost nobody here could name 5 satch songs that he did outside of chickenfoot.

Most casual rock fans over 30 can name 5 halen songs.

Even the Hagar haters can name five Van Hagar songs.

I have tried to listen to chickenfoot shit even velvet revolver grew on me but they are not that good.

Not to mention there tickets are to expensive for one Montrose song sometimes or a cover people recognize.

Sammy fronted Montrose,VH and even HSAS so he should not feel bad.Not to mention all the great solo songs he had is his first run.

I’m sure though it pisses Michael Anthony off that VH is playing all these great new songs and bringing out classic after classic and he is playing these songs that are subpar to what vh is currently doing.
