It’s a bootleg / knock off shirt, not official, not endorsed. Pretty much just posted the image so people can see what some people are trying to sell. That being said, it was something that showed up in my Facebook news feed, and I scrolled down, down, down and didn’t find it again. I also searched for ‘halen shirt’ with no success either. Sorry.
